How to Request Data Deletion
- Send an Email
Write to us at support@taptoshare.org with the subject line: “Data Deletion Request.” - Include the Following Information
To process your request, include:- Your full name
- The email address associated with your account
- A brief statement confirming you want your data deleted
- Verification
We may ask for additional information to verify your identity and protect your account from unauthorized access.
Processing Time
Once your request is received and verified, we will delete your data from our systems within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.
Important Notes
- Certain data may be retained to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
- Data deleted is irreversible, and we cannot restore your information once the deletion process is complete.
